1. For bakery application- upto 15%, 2. Other than bakery application- upto 10%
Safe intake of scFOS is 10 – 15 g/day with an upper tolerable limit as 20 g/day.
We request consumers eating the products with fructooligosaccharide as an ingredient in it, stick to the recommended portion size mentioned on the label, and they should not encounter any discomfort unless advised otherwise by their healthcare professionals (e.g indivduals on a FODMAP diet).
